If you already have a web hosting account with us, and you want to order additional domains or extra features such as more bandwidth, disk space or SSL certificates, please do so through your Helm Control Panel. This way you will receive one consolidated bill, and you will be able to manage all your web hosting services through one account.

Ordering Additional Domains :

1. Create New Package . From your Helm Control Panel's home page click the "Packages" link, then click the "Add New" button. Enter a name for the package and select a web hosting plan. Click "Save" to save the package. Your account balance will now be increased to reflect the newly created package.
2. Submit Payment . From your Helm Control Panel's home page click the "Billing" link, then click the "Make Payment" link. Follow the instructions to submit payment. Once payment has been received, your account balance will be reset to "0.00" and you will be able to create the new domain.
3. Create New Domain . From your Helm Control Panel's home page click the "Domains" link, then click the "Add New" button. Select the package you just created from the drop-down list and click "Next". Enter your domain name and click "Save". This will create the domain on the web server. You can now proceed to update your DNS, create email accounts, etc.

1. Add Feature To Package . From your Helm Control Panel's home page click the "Packages" link, then click on the package you want to add the extra feature to. Click on the "Extra Features" link. Select the extra feature from the drop-down list and click the "Add" button. Your account balance will now be increased to reflect the newly added extra feature.
2. Submit Payment . From your Helm Control Panel's home page click the "Billing" link, then click the "Make Payment" link. Follow the instructions to submit payment. Once payment has been received, your account balance will be reset to "0.00" and the extra feature will be activated.
