The FTP (File Transfer Protocol) information for your web site can be found in your Helm Control Panel.

1. Logon to your Helm Control Panel and click the Domains link.
2. Click on the web site's domain name .
3. Click on the FTP Accounts link.
4. Click on the FTP Username .
5. You will now see the FTP Username and FTP Server for your web hosting account. You will also be able to change the FTP Password . Note : By default the FTP password is the same as your control panel password when it was first created.
6. Using the information above (ie. FTP Username, FTP Server and FTP Password) you should now be able to logon to your web site via FTP using any standard FTP program.
