| Q: I lost my email address password. How can
I find out what it is? |

For security reasons email account passwords can not be retrieved. The password
will have to be reset via your Helm Control Panel.
Reset/Change an email password :
- Login to your Helm Control Panel.
- Click the Domains link.
- Click on the domain you want to change the email password for.
- Click the Email Accounts (POP3) link.
- Click on the email account you want to change the password for.
- Enter a new password in the Password and Confirm
Password fields.
- Click Save. The password for the email address has now been changed.
- Don't forget to use the new email password in your email software program.
